糖尿病人脚凉不要慌,中医有暖身泡脚方

  央视网消息:对于糖尿病人来说,常常会因为周围神经病变可能会出现足部寒凉、疼痛的症状。针对这种情况,中国中医科学院针灸医院主任医师赵宏推荐一个暖身泡脚方。

糖尿病人脚凉不要慌,中医有暖身泡脚方

  暖身泡脚方:用艾叶60克、花椒30克、红花10克混合做成一个中药包泡脚。

  功效:艾叶温阳散寒、活血通络;花椒温中散寒、活血通络;红花活血化瘀。

  操作方法:先在容器内倒入没过小腿一半以上的热水,然后放入中药包,待温度合适时就可以泡脚了。

  专家提醒:一副暖身泡脚方可以泡1~2次,每次泡10分钟左右,糖尿病人尤其要注意水温不要过高,一旦皮肤出现皮疹等过敏反应,要立即停止泡脚。老年人手脚冰凉也可以用此方缓解。
