  央视网消息:在我们的生活当中,无论是久坐电脑前的职场白领,还是颈椎有毛病的老年人都会经常做头部绕圈的动作,认为这样能缓解颈椎酸痛。真的是这样吗?听听北京大学第三医院运动医学科主任医师徐雁怎么说。

  徐雁解释说,头部绕圈动作对于某些情况下,确实是可以缓解因姿势不良、筋膜紧张、肌肉痉挛引起的颈部疲劳和不适。但是因为骨质增生、局部骨赘、动脉狭窄等疾病而发生颈部不适的患者,做头部绕圈动作会直接压迫椎动脉,刺激颈部发生痉挛,产生脑供血的问题,导致头晕、突然倒地等严重后果,所以这并不是推荐的一个动作。

  颈椎不舒服的时候,我们可以伸展颈屈肌,具体做法如下:

  下巴慢慢伸出来,然后收下颌,同时把双手抱在头后面,做抗阻的动作。建议大家还可以躺在床上做收下颌的动作,或者坐在座椅上有头枕的时候,可以将头枕放在头后面做这个动作。每次连续做15个到20个。
