  央视网消息:人上了年纪,基本都会出现膝关节老化,也称膝关节退行性病变,是中老年人群的常见病症。北京大学人民医院骨关节科主任、主任医师林剑浩,北京大学人民医院骨关节科博士刘强帮你纠正生活中的错误动作,给关节减龄,有效缓解关节疼痛,延缓关节衰老。

  上下楼梯

  上下楼梯姿势不对,会加重膝关节的疼痛!你知道吗?上、下楼是膝关节载荷最大的动作。上、下楼梯时,膝关节承受的压力是自身体重的4 ~5倍。骨关节患者往往会在上、下楼梯时出现疼痛症状。

  小贴士:上楼梯时,用前脚脚尖顶住台阶,可以保证上、下楼时,膝关节不超过脚尖。

  下蹲

  老年人尽量不要做下蹲动作,首先,从蹲位起身时,膝关节会承受巨大的压力;其次,下蹲时,下肢血液流动不畅,如果遇上便秘,腹部用力时会造成血压增高。

   下蹲的正确动作:首先双手向前伸直平举,保持身体平衡,然后缓缓下蹲。注意下蹲时,膝关节在脚的正上方,跟地面保持垂直,不要超过脚尖或内扣,膝关节、臀部尽量朝后。

   久坐

   久坐时,膝关节软骨得不到足够营养,造成肌肉萎缩。
