  张雪亮在介绍紫苏时说,它是可以入药的,而且分的很细,分为苏叶、苏梗和苏子。紫苏有解表散寒、行气和胃的作用,还可以解鱼虾之毒。夏日凉东西、鱼、蟹、虾吃多了,可以吃一些紫苏,帮助促进胃蠕动,改善脾胃的功能。同时紫苏还可以起到预防受寒的作用。

  凉拌紫苏的做法:将紫苏洗净、切碎,放入盐、糖、醋调味后加上香油即可。
