  央视网消息:随着大家健康意识的提高,越来越多的人开始健步走,每天行走一万步左右。但是该如何做到日行万步不伤膝呢?

  走得多不如走得好,北京大学人民医院骨关节科主任医师林剑浩说,行走锻炼身体时,选择正确的鞋子是走路不受伤害的一个重要保护。
