  央视网消息:做家务是一种锻炼方式吗?

  北京大学第三医院运动医学科主任医师徐雁表示,这种说法是错误的。

  干家务针对性不强,也不够系统性,比如擦地,主要活动的就是胳膊,其他的地方并不能得到锻炼,这样不但达不到锻炼的目的,反而还会造成肌肉损伤。

  另外,日常的锻炼一般都是主动去练某个肌肉,这样锻炼效果是最好的。而大多数人做家务,更多的还是被动性的,导致锻炼效果也不好。

  所以,做家务虽然很重要,但是确实不等同于锻炼!
