  北京大学第三医院运动医学科副主任医师马勇表示,走路运动达到一定的运动强度,才能对心肺功能起到锻炼作用。

  专家提醒:在保证运动强度的情况下,每天快走6000步,即可维持健康状态;每天快走15000步,即可达到美体减肥的目的。
