  央视网消息:运动对维护身体健康非常重要,跟你聊聊运动中需要注意规避的坑!专家表示,跑步机上跑步效果不一定更好!

   北京大学第三医院运动医学科主任医师郭秦炜表示,在跑步机上跑步是定速、被动的跑步。定速跑时,人体下肢肌肉运动及摆臂比较恒定,如果长时间恒速跑步,肌肉容易产生疲劳,还可能造成疲劳骨折。

  小贴士:户外跑步更加主动灵活,除了腿部运动,还有大脑对周边环境的判断,整体躯干一起配合运动,对全身肌肉、小肌群都有好处。
