  央视网消息:五花八门补钙方法天天试,却还是缺钙?一起听听专家怎么说。

   北京大学第一医院营养科副主任营养师窦攀表示,单纯通过钙片补钙,忽视食物营养搭配会导致蛋白摄入不足,影响人体钙量吸收。

  专家推荐通过天然的食物摄入充足的钙。天然食物中的营养素能促进钙被人体消化、吸收、利用。如牛奶、大豆中富含的蛋白质,经过人体肠道吸收后会分解成氨基酸,氨基酸与钙螯合形成氨基酸钙有利于人体吸收。

  注意:如果天然食物无法获取,可以根据实际缺钙量,通过钙的补充剂进补钙。
