  央视网消息:按时按量吃钙片、喝牛奶,补了半天钙,却得了骨质疏松!这是为什么呢?

  北京大学第一医院营养科副主任营养师窦攀解释说,骨量下降或骨质疏松的情况不但与个人的年龄或疾病有关,还和营养因素有关。其中镁就是一个促进钙吸收的重要营养素。

补钙不补镁,吃完就后悔

  在谷类食物(黑米、小麦、大麦等)和坚果(杏仁、榛子等)当中镁的含量比较丰富。

  注意:镁与钙最好的吸收比例是二比一,如果只补充钙而镁的摄入不足,人体的骨量依然会下降。
