  央视网消息:我国人口中胃病发生率达到80%,其中慢性胃炎占50%-80%,位居胃病第一位。北京大学第一医院消化内科副主任医师田雨提醒,胃癌是我国第二大癌症,慢性萎缩性胃炎的患者发生胃癌的风险更高。

  胃的毛病和吃喝脱不开干系,日常饮食中常存在一些对胃黏膜造成损伤的因素。

  高盐

  高盐腌制食品会损伤胃黏膜。

  腌制的食物用大量食盐处理,并需要一段时间的发酵,在此期间腌制食品会产生强烈致癌物——亚硝酸盐。

  专家提醒:食用腌制食物和不新鲜食物对胃部会造成明显的损伤。

  酒精

  饮酒量不论多少对人体都是有害的,尤其是对胃黏膜的损伤明显。

  过烫食物

  吃过烫的食物会对消化道黏膜造成强烈的刺激,是造成食管癌、胃癌的高发因素。

  所以,尽量避免不良的饮食习惯是关键!
