  央视网消息:中国疾病预防控制中心营养与健康所何丽研究员介绍,学会看配料表很重要。果汁饮料中原果汁含量应该控制在10%左右。

  比如,这个配料表表示100ml果汁饮料中含有维生素C7.5mg,含有碳水化合物9.7g,所以这瓶果汁饮料喝的更多的是糖水!

  世界卫生组织推荐每日糖摄入量为50克,而这瓶450ml果粒饮料含糖量就有43.7克。

  提醒:长期喝这类饮料容易长胖。

  所以,喝“果汁果粒饮料”更健康?不一定!
