“非油炸”食品含油量惊人

  标有非油炸字样的食品含油量少?不是!

   中国疾病预防控制中心营养与健康所研究员何丽介绍,薯片是把土豆变成粉以后用起酥油拌到一起,压成片,然后再通过烘焙烤出来,所以其中的脂肪量非常高。

  每吃100克薯片,脂肪的摄入量就达到了全天需要量的43%,所以尽量要少吃。
