  央视网消息:减肥是不是要和零食告别?吃零食=不健康?想要保持好身材,只能喝水啃黄瓜?生活其实没有那么艰难!关键是选对食物和吃的时机!

  对于如何选购饼干,中国疾病预防控制中心营养与健康所何丽研究员给出了以下建议:

  1、商品名称不带“酥”字,因为酥的饼干,一般情况下含油量比较高。

  2、含糖量低,可以看配料表中白糖是不是排前面。

  3、小分量包装。

  推荐选购脂肪含量≤20克/100克的饼干,如无蔗糖荞麦饼干,它的含油量为2.3克/100克。
