  央视网消息:拥有强健的骨骼才能更好的防止摔倒!北京协和医院临床营养科陈伟主任医师表示,人体骨头截面的骨小梁是坚硬度很高的致密的蜂窝组织结构,随着年龄的增长,骨小梁结构会被逐渐吞噬,导致骨松的发生。

   补钙不仅要看数量,更要看质量!奶制品中蛋白质、钙、磷的比例含量合理,是补钙的好选择,不能喝奶的人群推荐选择奶酪(推荐基本无添加的原味奶酪)。

  专家表示,老年人每天摄入800-1000毫克的钙元素才能达到补钙的要求。

  已经有骨质疏松的老年人应该摄取更多的钙,但不是多多益善!摄入的钙过多会降低吸收率,不利于骨骼与身体健康。
