预防“老年痴呆”这么简单!会吃就行!

  猪肝中含有丰富的乙酰胆碱,它是神经元细胞的构成成分之一,可以直接透过血脑屏障进入血管和大脑中,发挥固定生理作用。如果人体长期缺乏,可能会造成神经元细胞功能的下降,从而产生不良影响。

  胆碱除了在猪肝中存在,在蛋黄和大豆制品中也存在。蛋黄中的胆碱含量仅次于猪肝,大豆制品中的胆碱含量相对较低。

  专家建议:每人每天应摄入500-900毫克胆碱。

  深海鱼中含有丰富的欧米伽3脂肪酸,它能够增加神经细胞细胞膜的流动性,抗击体内的炎症反应,减少异常蛋白的沉积,降低早老性痴呆的发生概率。

  注意:三文鱼、青鱼、金枪鱼、大马哈鱼中都含有丰富的欧米伽3脂肪酸。

  专家建议:每人每周食用2~3次深海鱼,每次食用半两左右即可满足人体需求。
