  央视网消息:高血脂的饮食禁忌多种多样,到底哪些是真,哪些是假呢?长期吃素可降血脂?解放军总医院营养科副主任医师刘英华表示,这是错误的!

  刘英华表示,不吃肉最怕多吃主食!主食进入人体后会转化成葡萄糖,如果葡萄糖没有完全吸收进入肝脏就会转化成甘油三酯即脂肪,致使人的血脂升高。

  不吃肉最怕多吃零食!瓜子、蛋糕、薯片等里面都有“隐性的脂肪”,也会让你血脂升高!

  专家提醒:对于轻体力劳动的人群,每日主食食用量男士5~7两,女士4~5两,最适宜。
