  央视网消息:科学饮食搭配是减肥的开始,合理运动是减肥的重中之重。北京大学第三医院运动医学研究所常翠青主任医师表示,减肥运动需要有氧运动和抗阻运动相结合。有氧运动可以帮助人体消耗多余的脂肪,抗阻运动可以增加人体肌肉量,保证消耗的脂肪不反弹。

  运动减肥强调“中小强度,长时间”,专家建议你可以根据自身的运动频率,制定合理的减肥运动计划。

  小提示:有氧运动坚持每天进行,抗阻运动保证每周2~3次,能更好的保证减肥效率。
