   北京大学第三医院运动医学研究所常翠青主任医师表示,70%的人通过少吃多动能够成功减肥,但20~30%的人并不能!

  长期节食减肥不靠谱!长期少吃不动,体重虽会减轻,但减掉的却是肌肉!长期节食,人体内的蛋白质含量、肌肉蛋白质的合成都会减少,机体为了维持生命的基本需求,就会“牺牲”肌肉,这是人体自我保护的一种表现。
