打鼾就代表睡得香?这种情况会危及生命!

央视网消息:成年人中大约有五分之一的人都患有不同程度的睡眠呼吸障碍,至少有一半的人睡觉会打鼾。北京大学第三医院心血管内科主任医师祖凌云提醒,并不是所有的打鼾都一定会损害心脏,但有一种特殊的打鼾却要引起重视,这种打鼾在临床上称作睡眠呼吸暂停综合征。

夜间睡眠时,打鼾的人神经、肌肉的兴奋性下降,造成气道阻塞从而导致呼吸暂停。当呼吸暂停反复出现时,体内就会出现低氧的情况,同时心肌的供氧量也会下降,从而会危害到心脏的安全。

在夜间打鼾比较严重的人在第二天的时候往往会出现嗜睡,您可以根据专家给出的这张嗜睡量表来评测嗜睡程度,从而倒推您在夜间的打鼾情况。

专家提醒

在使用嗜睡量表评测时,排除掉睡眠不足等客观因素后,如果得分在9分以上就要引起重视,怀疑是否存在睡眠呼吸暂停综合征。
