央视网消息:生姜是我们日常饮食中不可或缺的调味品,同时也是一味中药材。生姜性辛,味微温,具有解表散寒、温中止呕、化痰止咳和解鱼蟹毒的功效,对于患有虚寒型病症的人群有很好的治疗效果。一天当中什么时间吃姜最好?怎样吃姜才能养生?

中国中医科学院广安门医院风湿免疫科主任医师曹炜建议,早晨吃姜比较好,因为姜有辛散的性质,并且含有挥发油,我们吃了以后能起到暖胃的效果。现代医学的解释就是,生姜的挥发油能够刺激局部,改善血液循环,能够让我们周身发热,有利于一天的活动。

曹炜医生提醒,吃姜时需要去皮,因为生姜的皮偏凉性,我们可以拿开水烫一下,每天嚼服2至3片即可。如果晚上吃姜会导致胃部受到刺激,容易影响睡眠,所以不建议晚上吃姜。
