央视网消息:很多人习惯在饭后喝一杯酸奶来帮助消化,缓解肠胃不适。这个说法到底有没有科学依据?酸奶到底有没有助消化的功能呢?

中国疾控中心健康与营养研究所副研究员张宇表示,饭后想通过喝酸奶解油腻、助消化,其实是没有效果的,酸奶的成分是蛋白质、糖和脂肪,与普通食物相同,不仅达不到助消化的效果,还容易增加胃的消化负担。
