央视网消息:长时间玩手机、用眼过度的人容易出现干眼症,有些干眼症也与全身免疫疾病有关,所以出现干眼症一定要引起重视!得了干眼症怎么办?北京大学第一医院眼科副主任医师荣蓓分享了几个缓解轻度干眼症的小方法。

一、热敷

广口杯内倒上热水,水温高于体温40℃到45℃就可以了。将杯子凑近眼睛,利用热蒸汽来热敷眼部。需要注意的是,热敷过程中请闭上眼睛,同时掌握距离,眼部感觉温温的即可。

二、清洁

对于经常化妆、油脂分泌较多、经常使用手机的人尤其需要注意清洁睑缘。在早晚洗脸后,使用专门清洁睑缘的湿巾,闭上眼睛,沿着睫毛根部横向慢慢擦拭五至六次。

三、按摩

按摩,这里指的是睑板腺的挤压。需要用医学方法将睑板腺的分泌物挤压出来,过程会有疼痛感,需要在医院里进行。

四、人工泪液

人工泪液是模拟眼泪的成分,起到润滑眼表、滋润眼睛的作用,可以长期滴用。根据每个人情况不同,一天点三至六次即可。
