央视网消息:放假期间,孩子吃东西比较杂,种类多,饮食不规律,加上孩子的脾胃功能本身较弱,所以常常被积食困扰。广东省中医院副院长张忠德分享了一款简单易做的健脾消食饮,大家不妨动手做一做。

张忠德医生说,取炒麦芽10克,白术10克,750毫升水,煮30至40分钟即可。孩子口渴时可以当茶饮用,对暴饮暴食或食伤了以后的孩子的消食、健脾胃效果特别好。

专家提醒,如果孩子脾胃虚寒很严重,比如总是拉肚子,大便很稀,这时就不适用。健脾饮中的白术会引起滑肠,导致大便次数增多,此时可以改用炒白术即可。
