大寒节气 滋补要适当“灭灭火”

  俗话说:“大寒岁底庆团圆。”昨天是大寒节气,是二十四节气中最后一个节气,也是一年中最寒冷的时候。

  在“大寒”还未到来前,居民们就早早准备好了各类御寒神器。羽绒服、暖宝宝……确保在寒风中不会冻成一团。一些注重养生的居民,更是内外兼修,羊肉、姜茶、红枣、鸡汤,已成了日常饮食中的标配。

  不过,大寒前后,在人们崇尚“补充火力”时,养生专家却表示大家应该顺时“灭灭火”。

  由于冬季天气干燥,再加上冬季居民往往会选择摄入大量温热性的食物来达到滋补御冬的目的,因此,冬季上火的现象也十分明显。轻则出现口干舌燥、咽干、鼻干、大便干燥等症状,重则还会诱发呼吸道疾病、心血管疾病、皮肤病等。

  尤其是在“大寒”节气,天气会变得更加干燥。所以在养生上,在强调“温肾驱寒”的同时,适当的滋阴润燥、清心护肺也相当重要。专家建议,在饮食方面可以生津解毒、清热下火的食物为主。比如白萝卜、大白菜等冬季的时令蔬菜和草莓、梨等多汁的水果都是非常不错的选择。

  此外,多喝温热的茶水,也能有效地缓解冬季的“燥热”,茶水中可加入适量的枸杞、参片等。(谢春晖)
