艾灸使用不当 反成害人工具

  湖北省武汉市居民媛媛自入秋以来就迷上了艾灸,还在自家楼下一艾灸养生馆办了张卡,时不时下班后就从头到脚灸一灸,从小体寒怕冷的她感觉艾灸之后身体温暖了不少,于是又上网购回艾灸贴、艾灸盒、艾灸棒等,在家自助式艾灸。

  最近一段时间,媛媛晚上开始睡不着,凌晨两点多还很亢奋,艾灸馆的人告诉她,这是因为她的经络以前堵了,现在通过艾灸通了,适应一段时间就好了。近日,饱受失眠苦恼的媛媛下班后直接来到湖北省武汉市中西结合医院推拿科夜间门诊,接诊的技师林华军听了媛媛的述说后,拒绝了她做艾灸的要求,并告诉她艾灸确实可以强身健体,但如果过了晚上9点做艾灸,反而会导致失眠。

  该院推拿科学科带头人张喜平解释,艾灸可以温经散寒、温通气血,是很好的治病保健方式,但要讲究因时制宜。上午11点至下午3点,是人体阳气最盛的时间段,此时艾灸效果最好。而晚上9点以后尽量不要艾灸,因为人体到了晚上气血内敛、阳气内收,此时再艾灸,气血外溢,血管扩张,容易使中枢神经兴奋而睡不着。晚上9点以后原则上是不建议做艾灸治疗,要灸也要严格遵守灸下不灸上的原则,局限在灸腰部以下的穴位,比如灸脚底的涌泉穴等。张喜平还提醒大众,艾灸、推拿等都是中医外治法的一部分,需要在专业医生的指导下进行,切勿盲目自行或在无专业资格的养生馆接受治疗。(毛旭 谯玲玲)
