  央视网消息:今天是24节气中的小雪,小雪是24节气中的第20个节气,进入小雪节气后,气温会越来越低,直接表现就是气温逐步降低到0摄氏度以下。

  小雪过后就意味着进入寒冬,这时候养生原则在于“避寒就温”。饮食上注意温热进补,羊肉、牛肉、鲢鱼,这些温补的食品是不错的选择。

  另外,在这个季节,一些黑色的食物也是非常好的选择,如黑木耳、黑芝麻、桑椹、黑豆、黑枣、紫菜等,可迅速使人恢复身体热量,既可补肾又可御寒。

  医生表示,小雪节气后气温骤降,人体容易受寒邪侵袭致病,因此要注意加强头部和手脚的保暖。

  对于有晨练习惯的老年人来说,这段时间里最好将锻炼安排在日出后或者午后,由于这一阶段室内外温差较大,到户外活动时要注意提前做好热身运动。

  另外,患有气管炎、哮喘、胃溃疡等病症的患者更要注意保暖,防止旧病复发。
