  央视网消息:甘薯到底是帮助升血糖还是降血糖呢?

  专家表示,不论白薯、红薯还是紫薯,吃多了都容易导致血糖升高。推荐每天的摄入量150克左右即可。

  红薯富含胡萝卜素,在身体里可以转化为维生素A,对保护视力和提高智力有一定的促进作用。

  如果患有糖尿病和血糖控制不好的人群,尽量控制好摄入量,建议每天不超过100克。中老年人推荐食用紫薯,有抗衰老、抗肿瘤的作用。
