  央视网消息:10月20日是世界骨质疏松日,国家卫健委表示,我国居民对骨质疏松症认知普遍不足,骨质疏松症的发生与基础骨量积累和年龄增大后骨量流失密切相关。骨质疏松就是“补钙”吗?你以为的好方法其实收效甚微。骨质疏松你治对了吗?北京大学人民院老年科郏蓉副主任医师跟你一起聊聊关于骨质疏松的知识。

  专家表示,年轻时好好补钙对预防骨质疏松有好处,35岁前补好钙,老了不易患骨质疏松。

  补钙的量要以我们每天能够接受的范围为标准,而不是无限制地补得越多越好。如果补钙过多,不仅对身体没好处,反而会对肾脏等器官有损害,容易出现血钙过量的问题,严重者甚至危及生命。(文/刘登亮)
