  美国弗吉尼亚理工大学庞普林商学院的一项新研究发现,一早醒来就拿起手机看会影响个人健康、人际关系以及伴侣的健康。

  研究者对大学员工调查发现,一醒来或下班后频繁看手机的员工,焦虑情绪更强,但很少有人意识到这种伤害有多严重,更不知道这也给伴侣带来了压力。

  该大学管理学副教授威廉·贝克表示,最理想的解决方式是降低人们对工作之外电子通信的“期望”。这能减轻员工的焦虑,并使家庭成员更能理解其工作。控制不住自己随时都要检查邮件的人,可以练习冥想,能有效地减轻焦虑,增强控制力,提高人际关系的满意度。(胡珍)
