  央视网消息:不健康的生活习惯让眼睛不堪重负,日常护眼,营养专家有高招。北京积水潭医院营养科赵霞副主任营养师教你如何通过吃让眼睛更健康。

  眼睛是一个重要的器官,人们每天通过它来看世界、了解世界大事。我们平时要注意用眼卫生,同时,吃也非常重要,因为食物当中有一些特殊的营养素,对眼睛非常重要。

  如果我们经常在暗处看书、姿势不正确、距离调节不好,这些都可以导致视力疲劳。如果不能及时纠正,睫状肌、晶状体不能够恢复,最后就会出现近视。长此以往,近视会越来越加深。

  专家提示,要注意休息,经常做做眼保健操,做眼睛按摩,注意用眼卫生,另外,吃紫色的食物可以预防近视和老花。

  紫薯含有丰富的花青素,视觉细胞中有一种物质叫视紫质,多补充些花青素有助于提高视力。

  葡萄中葡萄籽和葡萄皮也含有丰富的花青素,但是人们日常一般不食用。紫甘蓝、紫茄子、桑葚等也含有花青素,供选择。

  提醒,花青素和视紫质可以提高视力,但是不能治疗近视。(文/刘登亮)
