警惕反复崴脚“殃及”踝关节

  新华社太原9月5日电(记者刘翔霄)走路不稳、“打软腿”、反复崴脚……医生提示,上述情形经常出现,则要当心是否踝关节出了问题。

  山西医科大学第二医院骨科医生任步芳介绍,踝关节扭伤俗称“崴脚”,是最常见的运动损伤之一,多数踝扭伤经非手术治疗可恢复,“通过用绷带包扎、支具、矫形器以及腓骨肌力量训练等,加强踝关节保护,稳定腓骨肌腱。”

  任步芳说,也有部分急性扭伤因恢复不彻底、方法不正确等,会逐渐变为慢性踝关节不稳。踝关节扭伤后,容易出现韧带病理性松弛、关节运动受损、滑膜炎和撞击、退行性改变,因此要格外注意,防止“旧伤未愈,又添新伤”。

  医生提示,踝扭伤或有反复扭伤史者,行走时踝关节外侧有疼痛、肿胀、不稳的人群为重点人群,日常要注意以下几点:一次“崴脚”彻底恢复,尽可能不出现新伤痛。不能认为“不痛就是恢复”,应多巩固一段时间;二是咨询医生后再进行热敷或冷敷,防止错用。一般来讲,破裂的血管仍然出血时冷敷,以控制伤势发展。出血停止后热敷,以消散伤处周围的瘀血;三是勿穿高跟鞋,行路时尽量避开不平地面,不给崴脚创造条件。
