  虽然立秋已过,广州仍溽热难耐,暑湿夹杂,人动辄就会感冒。广州中医药大学第一附属医院治未病科主任医师陈瑞芳介绍,黄瓜味甘、性凉,有清热解毒、利水消肿的功效,对一些烦咳、烦躁、咽喉肿痛、容易口腔溃疡的人有辅助疗效,很适合刚刚咽喉疼痛快感冒的人士食用。

  黄瓜可以生吃,也可以熟吃,有清热利咽除烦的作用。夏天咽喉疼痛,我们可以生吃青瓜。而且黄瓜在降糖方面也有一定的功效,糖尿病人在日常不能吃过多的水果,我们就可以选择生吃小黄瓜来作为糖尿病人的水果。既可以解水果之馋,也可以降糖,有一定的降糖疗效。

  不习惯生吃黄瓜的人,可以选择“黄瓜瘦肉汤”,特别是喉咙痛或者是口腔溃疡,大便不通畅时可以饮用。先将瘦肉用生粉、少量盐、橄榄油腌制一下;黄瓜切片;水煮开后放黄瓜,大概滚5到8分钟;再把腌制好的瘦肉放下去,等水开5分钟后调味就可以吃了。(记者 陈辉 通讯员 张秋霞)
