婴幼儿晒太阳需注意保护眼睛

  夏季孩子们既能在户外撒欢,又能沐浴阳光补充维生素D,很多家长也觉得一举两得。不过晒太阳也有讲究,太原市妇幼保健院急诊科医生郭燕华建议,婴幼儿应该沐浴在温和的阳光下进行日光浴,每天保证1—2小时的户外活动,将有助于提高婴幼儿的抵抗力。

  不过,郭燕华也指出,不恰当的日光浴也会对人体健康不利。如盛夏季节长时间暴晒太阳,红外线的热辐射效应使皮肤温度升高,皮肤容易出现丘疹,而且阳光中的紫外线可以灼伤孩子的皮肤。此外,晒太阳时需要注意保护好孩子的眼睛。由于紫外线和红外线通常可以被角膜和晶状体所吸收,一般不会接触到视网膜。而阳光中的蓝光则会穿过角膜和晶状体接触到视网膜,伤害孩子正在发育中的视网膜和黄斑。
