立秋后养生防“燥”

  三湘都市报8月8日讯 昨日是“立秋”, 这是农历二十四节气中的第十三个节气。 湖南中医药大学第一附属医院中医外科专家陈其华教授表示,立秋是季节变化的过渡时期, 此时一定要顺应自然变化,做好“防燥”自我保养。

  首先,饮食要“润”,宜清润,不宜辛燥,应多吃新鲜水果和蔬菜,如冬瓜、萝卜、莲藕、海带、芹菜、苹果、梨子、柿子、百合等生津润燥的食物。其次,生活要“顺”,此时宜适当早睡晚起。同时,运动量宜适中。皮肤最怕干燥,进入秋季,皮肤也要注意保水。最后,情志宜“畅”,此时可适当多参加户外活动和集体活动,要保持情志平和舒畅,不宜大喜大悲,以免引起血压的急剧上升,诱发高血压、心脑血管疾病等。(记者李琪 通讯员陈双)
