半夜腿抽筋,喝芍甘木瓜汤

  腓肠肌痉挛俗称小腿抽筋,中医称其为“足挛急”,主要表现是,发作时疼痛剧烈,腿不能伸直,否则疼痛更剧烈,数分钟后可自动缓解,多发作于半夜,好发于中老年人,尤其是女性。现推荐一个治疗足抽筋的方子——芍甘木瓜汤。

  取白芍45~60克、炙甘草15克、木瓜30克,加水1升,煎至300毫升,每日一剂,早晚各服一次,连服3~8剂。一般服药5剂后,痉挛会有所缓解,且复发率低。

  中医有“肝主筋”“脾主肌肉及四肢”之说,故本症主要与肝、脾二脏相关。本方中,白芍味酸,入肝、脾经,能养血柔肝、缓中止痛;炙甘草味甘,具有缓急止痛、补脾益气的作用。二味合用名“芍药甘草汤”,对横纹肌、平滑肌的痉挛有缓解作用。木瓜性温味酸,入肝、脾经,舒筋活络、化湿和胃,可治风湿痹痛、筋脉拘挛等。三味合用,可和营柔肝、解痉止痛、化湿通络,对腿抽筋或下肢痉挛性疼痛有较好疗效。

  上方可随症加减:只寒不热,四肢冰凉者,可加制附子18克;身体困倦、短气乏力者,可加黄芪30克、人参9克;若四肢麻木或如针刺般疼痛,加当归15克。需要注意的是,服药期间不要接触冷水,忌食辛辣香燥的食物。
