预防中暑 勿等口渴才饮水

  本报讯(记者 王燕)高温来袭。7月17日,陕西省疾控中心提醒广大市民,高温天气里,需要增加液体的摄入,要大量喝水,不应等到口渴时才喝水。

  在高温环境中,脱水、过度劳累、精神紧张等因素都可以影响体温的自我调节。当空气湿度较高时,会阻止汗液的正常蒸发,从而妨碍身体迅速释放热量。当一个人的体温迅速升高时,过高的体温便有可能损害大脑及其他重要器官,出现中暑症状。

  如何预防中暑的发生?省疾控中心指出,要大量饮水,并注意补充盐分和矿物质;清淡饮食,注意补充蛋白质、维生素和钙,并保证充足的睡眠;在户外应选择轻薄、宽松及浅色的服装,注意防晒、降温,佩戴宽帽檐的遮阳帽、太阳镜,并涂抹防晒霜;外出时应避免太阳直晒,出现中暑症状立即停止活动,前往阴凉处休息;随身携带防暑降温药物,如藿香正气丸、仁丹、十滴水、风油精等。
