孕期低强度运动可预防产后抑郁

  近期挪威奥斯陆大学一项研究显示,孕期坚持运动有助于降低产后抑郁风险。

  流行病学资料显示,西方发达国家抑郁症的患病率为7%~40%。我国报道的患病率为1.1%~52.1%,平均为14.7%,即大约每100个产妇中就有近15人患有产后抑郁症。

  研究人员对643名怀孕28周的女性志愿者,借助健身跟踪器了解她们的运动情况,研究发现,一周运动达到甚至超过150分钟;产后3个月评估时,这一组中只有4人出现产后抑郁,比例仅为3.1%,远低于完全不运动组的14.9%。

  运动促使大脑分泌内啡肽,令人心情愉快,有助抗抑郁。研究人员建议,孕妇适合低强度运动,一次最好能坚持10分钟以上,有益大脑“情绪中心”海马体区域的神经更好连接,让情绪变好。(王萍)
