  芒种节气作物成熟,雨水渐增,暑湿当令,易于耗散人体气津,所以人们更容易感到四肢疲乏,萎靡困倦;同时,湿邪侵犯人体,导致阳气运行受阻,使人感到昏昏欲睡。

  作息 晚睡早起加午睡

  因此,如何调整作息时间显得尤为重要,芒种时节昼长夜短,阳气旺盛,人体要顺应阴阳盛衰的变化规律,应晚睡早起,白天适当接受阳光照射以养阳气,利于气血运行。芒种过后人容易打盹,中午小睡可以缓解疲劳,振奋精神。

  饮食 多吃利湿的和苦的

  饮食上可以多吃些清暑利湿的食物,如薏苡仁、赤豆、白扁豆、冬瓜皮、西瓜等,防止暑湿之邪伤害人体。

  进入夏季后,容易出现头昏涨、身乏力、肉酸痛、四肢重、倦怠嗜睡、胸闷气短,甚至低热不退,伴有口淡无味、食欲不佳等不适症状,这就是人们常说的“苦夏”。“苦夏”者多是体质虚弱、脾胃欠佳的人,平时应多参加体育锻炼,提高机体对高温天气的适应力;多食用一些苦味食品,既可以降泻心火、消暑利湿,又能够抑制燥湿,健脾利胃,增强肠胃功能。

  根据“苦夏”的不同表现,可采用消暑益阴、健脾利湿、调和胃肠等中药,进行调理。
