  人民日报北京6月6日电 (记者林丽鹂)市场监管总局6日发布高考期间饮食消费提示,建议不要改变学生平时的饮食习惯和规律,切勿尝试新奇的食材或者不常吃的食物,避免造成肠胃紊乱等。

  高考期间饮食应注重膳食的多样化,以保证多种营养素的供给。三餐应以谷类为主,多吃水果、蔬菜,适量摄入鱼、禽、蛋、瘦肉等。考生应适当增加饮水量,白开水是补水的好选择。宜少量多次,不要等到觉得口渴才喝水。通常不主张考生饮用功能饮料。饮用浓茶、咖啡等也需谨慎,避免其神经兴奋及利尿作用影响睡眠和考试的正常发挥。

  特别提醒家长和考生,保健食品非药品,“补脑”“健脑”不可信。我国从未批准过任何“补脑”保健功能的保健食品,已批准的具有“缓解体力疲劳”“增强免疫力”等功能的保健食品,也不适用于补脑、提高智商和缓解脑力疲劳等。要依靠平时的刻苦学习和积累,没有短时间提高智力和学习成绩的“灵丹妙药”。
