  吃零食要避开三个时间,分别是:

  看电视、玩电脑或是看电影时 现代社会,孩子们看视频的时间越来越长,有趣的画面、情节等往往会吸引孩子们花费很长时间观看,如果此时面前放有零食,会不知不觉地吃进去很多,导致能量摄入过剩。与此同时,孩子们一直静坐不动,能量消耗减少,因此,肥胖的风险会越来越高。

  吃正餐之前1小时内 如果孩子们在进餐前就吃了零食,可能会降低吃正餐时的食欲,影响正餐的摄入。长此以往,可能会导致孩子们营养素摄入不足,影响孩子的正常生长发育。

  睡前 临睡前吃零食会导致摄入的能量无法通过运动来消耗,增加肥胖的风险;另外,如果吃完零食不刷牙就睡觉,还会腐蚀牙齿,增加龋齿的风险。

  无论何时吃零食,吃何种零食,都不应吃得过多,且不能替代正餐。

  吃好三餐,平衡膳食,才是健康的保证。
