胃寒“三分治”七分养

  中医认为,脾胃是“后天之本”,是摄取营养、维持生存的主要场所。胃是多血气的“勇士”,脾胃保持旺盛,就可以精力充沛。广州医科大学附属第三医院中医科老药师林英元表示,胃寒“三分治”七分养,胃寒的人群除要注意饮食以清淡、忌食生冷及辛辣肥甘坚硬等难消化之物。还可试试以下三款暖胃食疗方——

  ●胡椒陈皮猪肚汤

  材料:胡椒10克打碎,洗净鲜猪肚1个,陈皮5克(或生姜3片)。

  做法:将胡椒放入洗净猪肚内,用线将猪肚扎紧一起放入瓦煲内,加清水2000毫升(约10碗水),用文火煲1小时,调味后分次温服食。此汤适合三四人量。

  功效:治疗胃寒症,温中散寒醒脾开胃。

  ●陈皮鲫鱼汤

  材料和做法:陈皮5克(或生姜3片)、葱白三条连须、鲫鱼1条洗净去内脏,一起放入瓦煲内煲汤温服食。

  功效:适用于脾胃虚寒,健脾行气甚佳。

  ●黑豆黑枣山楂陈皮汤

  材料和做法:小米、黑豆50克浸泡,黑枣10个洗净去核,山楂10克,陈皮5克(或生姜3片),洗净一起放入瓦煲内煲汤。

  功效:暖胃。食欲不振,大便不调,化肉食,高血压者尤佳。
