米酒加豆浆 节后保健康

  过年对国人来讲,往往是一场旷日持久的疲劳大战,许许多人从一开始的兴奋不已,到最后则是疲惫不堪,常表现为倦怠乏力,精神不振,肢体沉重,失眠少寐,又可称为“正月病”。原因在于作息失常,起居失调,饮食不节,以致植物神经功能失调和紊乱。正月十五后,人们都要进入工作状态,为不影响节后工作、学习和生活,有效消除正月病,在此推荐一款米酒豆浆饮品组合。

  可将1杯豆浆与1~2大勺米酒(即糯米酒,又称江米酒)混合,然后在微波炉里加热后饮用。豆浆和米酒的比例可按各人喜好改变,但务必热饮,这样可使身体变暖,从而更好地放松。时间以放在早饭和晚餐为好,早上活动前饮用,主要是给大脑和身体提供营养,晚上则以恢复身体疲劳为目的。若有失眠,可将豆浆换成牛奶,因其中含有色氨酸,是诱导睡眠的5-羟色胺的材料,具有催眠的作用,可在夜间与米酒一起加热饮用。

  豆浆中含有卵磷脂,能够很好改善大脑功能,调整植物神经的紊乱,并可提高工作效率。米酒中含有维生素B族,可以顺利地使身体产生的能量,从而消除疲劳。此外,米酒中还含有氨基酸、葡萄糖等多种营养素,也有助于缓解疲劳。由于人体在疲劳和压力多时,食欲也会下降,而饮料的特点在于所含各种营养物质和有效成分易于摄取和吸收,故该组合具有即效性,因此不妨一试。(作者单位为四川省成都市第二人民医院)
