“每逢佳节胖三斤”后该怎么办?

   新华社石家庄2月22日电(记者赵鸿宇)春节小长假结束,不少人用“每逢佳节胖三斤”来调侃自己的身体状态,那么假期之后该如何保持身体健康?

   “假期中大家常常忽视饮食的规律性,面对高热量食物也不刻意回避。”河北邢台市第三医院中医科主任冯晓英说,“小长假后要按时吃三餐,但注意调整饮食结构,多吃水果和新鲜的绿叶蔬菜等富含纤维素的食品,促进胃肠蠕动,加快体内废弃物的代谢。同时对隔夜饭、隔夜饮品要慎重对待。”

   专家表示,节后疲劳是一种正常的生理现象,甚至有些人会出现烦躁感,其实这是人们从松懈到紧张的一种应激性状态,我们首先要承认它,在注意饮食的同时做适量运动,如散步、慢跑、跳舞等,这样不仅可以放松心情,适应忙碌的工作,对减掉“过年肥”也有帮助。

   此外,冯晓英建议人们可根据自己的身体情况在睡前选择用热水泡泡脚,按摩脚心足趾,这样可以疏通经络、促进血液循环。条件允许的话,还可尝试泡个热水澡,使人在精神、肌肉都放松的状态下,把体内部分代谢物排出,使身体消除疲劳。
