感冒后咽痒干咳 试试这道南北羹

  寒流驾到,一不小心感冒,大多数人都伴有咳嗽,咽痒、干咳或痰黏稠难咯出来。吸入冷空气或说话时,咳嗽的症状还加重。广州中医药大学第一附属医院综合科主任中医师刘琼开出食疗方——南北羹。据刘琼介绍,南杏仁又叫甜杏仁,微甜,入肺、大肠经,有润肺止咳的作用;北沙参,其性微寒,味甘,入肺、脾经,有养阴生津的作用。南杏仁是食品,多在菜市场有售,北沙参在菜市场或药店都可买得到。感冒后咳嗽干咳的街坊不妨一试:

  材料:南杏仁10克,北沙参15克(一人量)。

  做法:将南杏仁、北沙参放入砂锅或炖盅中,加适量水没过药面约3~5厘米,武火煲开后用文火煎20分钟左右即可食用。

  功效:这道南北羹有助润肺止咳,特别适合感冒后干咳无痰,咽干咽痒者。北沙参不需切片,水煮后很快融化,故南北羹口感甘糯,适合各年龄层服用。剩余的南杏仁可再次加水煮20分钟左右,分次饮用。

  刘琼提醒,想早点摆脱感冒引起的咳嗽,除了注意别熬夜、避免过于劳累,饮食上也应适当戒口,少食煎、炸、辛辣食品如辣椒、咖啡、烟、酒,少食肥甘厚腻、海鲜发物,如羊肉、海鲜、蟹、虾。(全媒体记者翁淑贤 通讯员方宁、张秋霞)
