天冷胃寒 试试这三款暖胃汤

   寒潮又在路上了。大冷天的,随着气温进一步下降,很多“老胃病”又“顶不顺”了。俗话说“三分治七分养”,针对素来“胃寒”的人群,广医三院中医科药师林英元推荐以下三款暖胃食疗汤,不妨选一款合适的养养胃吧。

   1.胡椒陈皮猪肚汤

   做法:胡椒10克打碎,洗净鲜猪肚1个,陈皮5克(或生姜3片)。将胡椒放入洗净猪肚内,用线将猪肚扎紧一起放入瓦煲内,加清水2000毫升(约10碗水),用文火煲1小时,调味后分次温食。此汤适合3~4人量。

   功效:治疗胃寒症,温中散寒醒脾开胃。胡椒具有暖胃作用,对减肥、降血糖也有一定作用。

   2.陈皮鲫鱼汤

   做法:陈皮5克(或生姜3片)、葱白三条连须、鲫鱼1条洗净去内脏,一起放入瓦煲内煲汤温食。

   功效:适用于脾胃虚寒者,健脾行气甚佳。

   3.黑豆黑枣山楂陈皮汤

   做法:小米、黑豆50克浸泡,黑枣10个洗净去核,山楂10克,陈皮5克(或生姜3片)洗净一起放入瓦煲内煲汤温食。
