老年女性常吃香肠 患乳腺癌风险高

  英国研究人员发现,对于老年女性来说,吃香肠、火腿等腌制肉食品越多,患乳腺癌的风险越高。

  英国格拉斯哥大学研究人员分析26万名中年女性数据之后发现,已绝经女性平均每天食用9克以上腌制肉食品(相当于每周两根香肠或两片火腿),患乳腺癌的几率比完全不吃这类食品的女性高出五分之一。研究还显示,即使不常吃或只食用少量腌制肉食品,女性患乳腺癌的几率也比完全不吃这种食品的人高15%。

  结合先前涉及4万多例乳腺癌病例、170万女性的10项研究结果,格拉斯哥大学研究人员指出,计入了体重、抽烟、酗酒和饮食等因素后,食用腌制肉食品仍令绝经后女性患乳腺癌的风险提高10%。研究人员指出,食用腌制肉食品导致乳腺癌风险增加的关系不容置疑。(袁原)
