天气寒冷当心小儿落枕

目前,天气越来越冷,落枕的患儿明显增多。近1周以来,笔者接诊多名落枕患儿。落枕一般多发于青壮年,但是最近几年越来越低龄化。

小儿落枕发生的原因多为小儿睡觉姿势不良。睡眠时枕头过高或过低,或头顶顶床睡觉等,引起双侧胸锁乳突肌、斜方肌和肩胛提肌等局部肌肉长时间牵拉或疲劳致痉挛所致。小儿晚间睡觉怕热,容易踢被子,肩部常暴露在外面,导致肩部、颈部血管收缩,血液循环不畅,肌肉发生痉挛,造成落枕。

避免小儿落枕,应该注意以下几点。首先,要让小儿保持正确的睡眠姿势。趴着睡觉不但会导致落枕,还对小儿的脊柱有影响,如脊柱侧弯等。晚间睡觉时,父母要帮助小儿纠正睡姿。尽量避免异常睡姿。小儿夜间踢被子是最让父母头痛的事。此时,一个不太厚的睡袋就可以解决踢被子的问题。注意室内、室外的温差。很多家长喜欢给儿童房24小时开空调,导致室内温度过高。小儿在外出时突然受到冷空气侵袭,颈肩部很容易受寒邪,局部肌肉会发生自保性收缩而痉挛,导致落枕。

小儿晨起时,突然出现颈部活动受限及歪斜和颈肩部出现剧痛,势必会哭闹,甚至不配合穿衣,家长此时应尽快带他到医院就诊。
