专家:冬季洗澡勿过勤过长

  新华社济南12月17日电(记者萧海川)医卫专家提醒,洗热水澡虽然畅快,但应保持一定限度。冬季洗澡不宜时间过长、频次过勤、水温过高,同时要谨防因长时间泡澡带来的健康隐患。

  山东济南市卫计委表示,冬季不宜长时间洗澡,盆浴一般控制在20分钟、淋浴3分钟至5分钟为一片段。高温洗澡水看似能提升身体热度,但对皮肤并无太多益处。它能破坏皮肤表面的油脂,导致毛细血管扩张,加剧皮肤干燥的程度。同时,水温过高还会增加心脏负担,大量血液流向皮肤,易引起心脏缺血、缺氧。

  医卫专家建议,冬季洗澡频率应维持在每周1次至2次,水温与体温接近即可。在浴液选择上,性质温和的浴液比较适宜。搓洗力度也应适中,防止因力度过大导致表皮受损,为外部细菌、真菌侵入提供可乘之机。沐浴后最好涂一层可以润肤、保湿的护肤品。
