  对于养胃,坊间一直有各种各样的传言,但究竟哪些是靠谱的呢?广州中医药大学第一附属医院脾胃病科主任医师佘世锋表示,对于以下几种常见的养胃说法,有胃病的人群一定要警惕。

  A、喝粥养胃,有胃病应当多喝粥?

  正解:胃病患者不宜经常喝粥。喝粥不用细嚼慢咽,口腔唾液腺的分泌减少,而唾液中的淀粉酶可促进消化;再者,粥水分多,稀释胃液,加速胃的膨胀,使胃蠕动缓慢,不利于消化吸收。

  B、喝牛奶可以护胃?

  正解:牛奶会刺激胃酸分泌,如胃溃疡患者需要抗酸治疗。牛奶性味寒凉,脾胃虚弱患者亦不宜食用。

  C、生姜末用水煎煮,加少许醋服下可治消化不良?

  正解:姜是刺激性食物,过量食用会刺激胃酸分泌,引起胃部不适或加重病情,故胃病患者应根据自己病情,偶尔用之。

  D、运动有助消化,因此,饭后运动有益健康?

  正解:饭后可轻松散步,但不宜快跑及做剧烈运动。若饭后做剧烈运动,会使血液流往他处,反而会造成消化不良,影响肠胃健康。(记者 陈辉 通讯员 张秋霞)
